Who writes this
I'm the founder of Project Management Pathways and Learn Security Management, and I'm building a project management app. This site is the thinking behind it, written down as the work happens rather than tidied up afterwards.
I have spent over twenty years delivering projects, and for most of them the plan lived in one tool and the risk register lived in another. Reconciling the two was somebody's job every week, and the reconciliation was always out of date by the time anyone read it. That gap is what this site writes about and what the app is being built to close.
It is in private beta now and launches on 14 April 2027. What it does has its own page. I would rather build it in the open than announce it finished.
Certifications held: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCZT, CCSK, PMP, Security+. Delivery and security governance are the same discipline viewed from two angles, which is why the risk vocabulary on this site is the one an auditor would recognise rather than one invented for a product.
Practitioner writing on project delivery: risks and issues, scheduling, estimating, performance and governance. Articles favour a worked example over a definition list, and where a subject has a tool worth using the article ships with one that runs entirely in your browser, with no account and nothing uploaded. The glossary is written so that each entry is worth reading on its own.
Private beta, building in the open
