This site collects one thing: your email address, and only if you ask it to. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking of any kind.

Ekya Konnect Ltd, trading as Project Management Pathways, is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
Your email address, and only when you submit it through the subscribe form. Nothing else. There is no name field, no hidden field, and no profiling.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font network, so no request for a page tells anyone else that you read it. Nothing you do here is recorded until you choose to submit the form.
Consent, given when you tick the box on the subscribe form. Kit (ConvertKit) then sends a confirmation email, and you are subscribed only once you click the link in it.
Email addresses go to Kit (ConvertKit), the newsletter service that sends the emails. Kit is based in the United States, so your address leaves the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area when you subscribe. Transfers rely on Kit's standard contractual clauses.
The site itself is served as static files by Cloudflare Pages, which handles the page requests. Your address is never sent to an AI or LLM provider.
The product this site is about runs on a separate host, with its own privacy notice, its own processors, and no shared account or session with this site. Reading here creates nothing there.
Your address is kept until you unsubscribe, at which point it is removed from the mailing list. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask for removal using the address below.
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may object to processing or ask for it to be restricted. Because the only data held is an email address, in practice this almost always means unsubscribing, which you can do yourself at any time.
This site is not directed at children.
If you think your data has been handled wrongly, please raise it using the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office, the United Kingdom supervisory authority for data protection.
